09/28/13 I went down to the National Mall to recreate photo I have sitting on my desk of my eldest nephews and niece. It’s hard to see, but the Washington Monument had scaffolding on it in ’99 as it does today. That’s Pat, Liam, Tim and Meg in baby stroller w/ blanket.
