11/24/12 I ran into Jazmin in the atrium of The National Portrait Gallery on Saturday afternoon. She agreed to answer a couple questions and pose for a few photos for my street fashion feature . . .

Q. Who are you wearing?

A: I’m wearing a Calvin Klein black t-shirt matched with some high top pants from H&M.

Q. Does DC have a particular sense of street style?

A: I feel that D.C has very different and unique styles. Their isn’t one in particular although the business attire style is often seen.

Q. Which DC neighborhood is most fashionable?

A: I feel that the Dupont/Georgetown neighborhood has the most style. In one day you can see a mixture of rock n’ roll along with a prep look and a splash of business causal. It is very diverse in fashion.

I’m currently studying at Loyola University Maryland, but often come down to D.C to visit my family and friends. I love to explore the different areas that D.C has to offer, in particular Capitol Hill where the atmosphere is completely different.
