Steak Sandwiches Al Fresco

11/01/12 On Thursday morning (Day 3 without power), world famous Balthazar Restaurant on Spring Street set up an outside kitchen and sold steak sandwiches for $5. Word got around fast. I saw people running up the street to make sure they got one.
