Adams Morgan Bastille Day 2012

07/14/12 This gets more popular every year. L’Enfant Cafe closed off a street in Adams Morgan for their Bastille Day French Maid Races on Saturday. There was a short rain delay which did not dampen the spirits of the huge crowd.
