03/13/12 Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus brings its “Fully Charged” show to the D.C. area for five weeks, starting at the Verizon Center March 15-18. The Pachyderm Parade broke with tradition this year by marching into town at night. Like all tourists, they stopped for a quick group shot by the Capitol.
