02/24/12 Here’s some images from a new restaurant in Bethesda called Bar Haven which is bringing New Haven style pizza to town. The coal-fired oven took a year to build, has walls which are four feet thick, can hold 50 pizzas at a time and cooks a large pie to crispy perfection in 6 minutes.
