04/22/11 The Beltway blog, FamousDC.com hosted “The Recess Bash,” on Thursday night at Cava’s Rooftop Bar on Capitol Hill. The gathering featured members of the Washington press corps and Hill staffers to celebrate Congress’ being out of session.
