03/29/11 It was all sashes and tiaras at the Capitol Hill Club Tuesday night.  Miss America 2011, Teresa Scanlan headlined a fundraiser along with along with a group of Miss America contestants including Miss DC Stephanie Williams to benefit the Miss District of Columbia Scholarship Organization.
