03/15/11 The Halcyon House cocktail party on Tuesday night – hosted by Elan Artists along with others – was a rocking affair. The purpose was to show off to event planners bands, florists, caterers as well as Halcyon House in Georgetown as a wedding reception destination  HH is very popular with local brides and their moms, who have given it high marks in the Washingtonian Magazine and other bridal magazines.
