01/19/11 Well-wishers outside his hotel wave at the limo carrying Chinese President Hu Jintao on his return from meetings with President Obama at the White House on Wednesday afternoon.  There were published reports today claiming the Chinese government was paying students to stand on DC streets and wave PRC flags during the state visit.
