Bloomberg endorses Fenty

08/17/10 New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg endorsed DC Mayor Adrian Fenty for a second term this afternoon at Carmine’s restaurant in the Penn Quarter. Carmine’s, a restaurant chain from New York, expanded to Washington, DC earlier this month. The 700-seat restaurant is now the largest in the District and has hired over 200 DC residents since opening,  according to the Mayor’s office.

“People should not forget how far this city has come,” said Mayor Bloomberg. “Adrian Fenty is about getting the job done—nothing else—just making sure that the citizens of Washington, DC have a better city.”
