01/19/12 Chanting “How does it feel?” members of Occupy DC ambush Oakland Mayor Jean Quan and surround her taxi as she leaves the U.S. Conference of Mayors meeting at the Capital Hilton on Thursday afternoon.

They blocked traffic in the middle of 16th and K intersection before DC police shoved them out of the way.
