Embassy Chef Challenge ’11

04/12/11 The third annual Embassy Chef Challenge, hosted by Cultural Tourism DC was held at the Ronald Reagan Building on Tuesday night.

[Embassy of Bulgaria presented a terrine with sheep feta cheese and vegetables.]

Fifteen embassy chefs representing a variety of cuisines from around the world competed for the coveted Judge’s Choice Award and the People’s Choice Award.

Peruvian chef Jose Luis Fernandez won the People’s Choice award with an perfect citrus-y Ceviche.
