07/26/09 Thanks to all the models who responded to my invite and trekked out to the studio in Old Town Alexandria for my Summer Open Studio shoot.  Here’s a small sample from the over 2,000 images I took yesterday. Makeup was done by Malinda Walker Abramowitz who did an amazing job. The “Cleopatra” look which she did on the above photo, for example, took over an hour. My friend and Photo Stylist Indrid Ellmore pulled off some very creative looks and made all of the models comfortable as well as had them laughing constantly.
